The Intelligence Directorate of the Taliban administration announced that a raid was carried out in the Karte-i Tsar region of Kabul, where alcohol was sold.
Three tons of liquor were seized, the statement said, and three people selling alcohol were detained.
In the statement, it was noted that drinking alcohol is haram and Muslims should avoid alcohol.
In the scene shared from the social media account of the Intelligence Directorate, there is the pouring of the drink into the Kabul River.
Since the Taliban took control of Afghanistan on August 15, raids on liquor manufacturing and selling places, including drug addicts, have increased across the country.
